Refund policy
How to Return or Exchange an Item
You can request a return or exchange within:
- 2 days for Returns
- 2 days for Exchanges
To submit your request, email us at Siiegestore@gmail.com using your registered email address.
What Can Be Returned
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address. If pickup service is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Color or Preference Issues
If the return request is due to color variation, design preference, size preference, or simply not liking the product, the item must be self-shipped to our warehouse. Pickup service will not be provided in such cases.
Other Issues
For all other return or exchange reasons not related to defective or incorrect items, self-shipping is mandatory.
Refund Mode
Online Payment Orders
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method used during purchase, such as a credit card, debit card, UPI, or digital wallet. The refund amount usually reflects within a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders are processed through bank transfer. Once your refund request is approved, our team will contact you to collect your bank account details.
Return & Exchange Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom stitched products
- Custom printed T-shirts
- Mystery Box products
Additional Conditions:
- Bulk orders exceeding 10 items are only eligible for up to 30% return.
- An order can only be exchanged once.
- Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
Return Process
- Submit your return or exchange request by email.
- Approval will be provided within 2–4 business days.
- After approval, choose one of the following return methods:
Self-Shipping
You may self-ship the product to our warehouse for a full eligible refund.
Reverse Pickup Service
We can arrange a pickup from your address. A handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are advised to record a reverse pickup video for reference.
Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Please note:
- Only the product price will be refunded.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available due to logistics limitations. In such cases, self-shipping will be mandatory.
Order Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update by emailing Siiegestore@gmail.com.
Reports made after 24 hours may not be accepted by the logistics partner for investigation.
Once reported within the required timeframe, please allow 7–15 working days for the logistics partner to complete the investigation process.
Important Notes
1. No Refund for Tampered or Opened Parcels
We cannot process returns or refunds if the parcel was accepted despite being tampered with, opened, damaged, or altered in any way, including additional tape applied externally. Please inspect the parcel carefully before accepting delivery.
2. Mandatory Video Proof for Incorrect Product Claims
If you receive an incorrect product, missing item, or fulfillment error, a proper unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
- The package condition
- Shipping label
- Opened contents
- Incorrect or damaged product
Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in good condition
- Include all original tags
- Include original packaging and accessories
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in self-shipping cases.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by emailing Siiegestore@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation reason.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled after tracking information has been updated.
- Orders moved for procurement are not eligible for cancellation.
RTO (Return to Origin) Shipment Policy
If a customer refuses to accept the order during doorstep delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting ₹60 as shipping charges. The remaining amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
Cancellation Refunds
- Orders cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before procurement begins are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled, but they may be returned according to the return policy.
Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
If an order cannot be processed, procured, or shipped due to unforeseen circumstances, the order will be cancelled automatically and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
